Management Team

Umer Razi - Executive Director

Umer has over 20 years of experience in the high tech industry. He has held several senior positions at National Semi-conductor. Umer lives and breaths California where he lives with his wife and 3 children. Umer holds a BS in electrical engineering and a Masters in electronics from New York University.
Salman Yusaf - Chief of Business Development

Salman leads business development and finance at MedAid Consulting. He has over 10 years of experience in business development, corporate finance and financial due diligence across various industries while working for companies like PricewaterhouseCoopers and The Carlyle Group. He has a BS in finance and a MS in accounting from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Salman is an avid skier and has recently taken up running. He looks forward to running a marathon with his son some day.
Farrukh Mustafa - Director Application Development

Farrukh leads application development projects for MedAid Consulting. He provides leadership on our complex development projects, creates development estimates, reviews design and test documents, monitors progress, manages staff, and minimizes delivery risk. Farrukh loves to learn Unix commands in his spare time. He is avid swimmer and loves to take his dogs on a hike. Farrukh holds a BS & MS in electronics.

Farda Qureshi, MD

Farda Qureshi is successfully running her pediatrics practice in Sunnyvale, CA for the past 5 years. Due to her expertise in the field of pediatrics, she has been a major contributor in terms of providing inputs related to the functionalities of eCHDP application. Her feedback from an end-user perspective has facilitated the company a lot. She did her residency from Loma Linda, CA and is currently working for Stanford Hospital and Kaiser Permanante along with running her own clinic. She is an active philanthropist and lives in Santa Clara with her husband and three kids.
Bilal Aijaz, MD

Bilal is the principal medical consultant at MedAid Consulting. His input is invaluable in developing and refining products to not only suit medical personnels needs but also make them physician and staff friendly. He has published several scientific papers in reputable journals, authored book chapters and also serves on the advisory board of medical journals and committees. After finishing his internal medical training at Mayo Clinic in Minnesota, Bilal is completing his Cardiology training at University of Alabama at Birmingham. An avid hiker, Bilal aspires to hike all around the world with his wife.
Nabeel Farooqui, MD

Although Nabeel is a full time practicing physician, he is a computer geek at heart. Dr. Farooqui's diverse background has already made him an asset to our advisory board. After completing his post-doctoral fellowship at Stanford University, Nabeel did his internal medicine residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. Becoming accustomed to Southern hospitality, Nabeel continued his career at the University of Tennessee where he currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Director of Medical Informatics. During his tenure, he has been responsible for the development and implementation of telemedicine solutions, electronic medical records, and medical web designing. He is the author of many peer-reviewed publications, book chapters, and grants, and is currently the co-investigatior on an NIH funded study evaluating the use of information technology as intervention tools to promote smoking cessation. In his free time, Nabeel is an avid photographer, plays squash, takes his 2 year old son for bike rides, and enjoys spending time with his wife.

eCHDP is hosted on a secure encrypted server. Our hosting service provides automatic daily data backup to keep your patient data and transactions secure.
